• 20+ years in B2B sales, with 5+ years in EMS industry leadership
• Engineering degree + MBA preferred
• Strong track record of driving growth, leading teams, and navigating complex deals
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking & negotiation skills
• Comfortable with travel, CRM systems, and market intelligence tools
