Ameeta's Story

Every journey has its share of turning points—moments that define not just our path, but the person we become. My story is one of quiet resilience, unwavering commitment, and an undying spirit to keep evolving, no matter the odds.

Armed with a postgraduate degree in English Literature and a deep passion for personal development, I began my professional journey in 1997 with one of India’s top ceramic companies, Schablona India Pvt. Ltd. For five years, I immersed myself in the corporate world, until life gifted me a new role—motherhood. In 2002, I made the conscious decision to step away from the workforce to focus on raising my family.

But stepping away didn’t mean stepping down. I continued working as a freelancer, exploring my creativity and upskilling myself, even while raising two beautiful daughters. Watching them grow, being present for every first word, first step, every school play—I wouldn't trade those moments for anything in the world. We made memories that became my anchor.

Yet, life’s toughest tests came unannounced. After 12 years of marriage, I lost both my parents in the same year. As the cherished daughter of the family, the loss was devastating. Depression crept in quietly, making even the smallest efforts feel like mountains. Every time I tried to rise, something pulled me back harder.

But sometimes, all it takes is one bold step to transform your life. I took that step when I enrolled in the Image Consulting Business Institute and became a certified Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer. That decision didn’t just give me a new career—it gave me a new lens through which to see myself and the world. Graduating with merit, I started from scratch in a field unfamiliar to many. The early days were tough—explaining the concept, convincing clients, offering pro bono services—but persistence paid off. Slowly, I carved a niche and built credibility across industries.

And just when I thought my journey had reached a fulfilling chapter, an unexpected opportunity came my way—one that would rewrite my story once again. I was offered a leadership role in a new manufacturing vertical—something I had never imagined for myself, especially coming from a non-technical background. But I took the leap, determined to prove that passion and perseverance can bridge any gap.

Today, I serve as the Vice President of IOTA Group Co., leading with purpose, empathy, and strategic foresight. The most exciting milestone came with the launch of NICO Nanobubble India Co., a pioneering venture into deep tech and nanobubble innovation. We are on a mission to revolutionize industries and become global leaders in this space—and I have the privilege of leading this bold, purpose-driven journey.

As I look back, I see not a smooth path, but a beautifully unpredictable one—filled with challenges, self-discovery, and triumphs. It was hard work, resilience, and an unwavering hunger to evolve that brought me here. And today, I hope my story encourages more women to believe that it’s never too late to begin again—and to lead with courage, compassion, and conviction.

Because yes, miracles do happen. Especially when you decide to become your own.
